Refractometers (handheld)
The RF.6562 is a handheld refractometer from Euromex that measures sugar concentration on a Brix scale from 28 to 62 %. It makes use of the fact that the refractive index of a solution is proportional to its concentration, so a single sample is enough to obtain a reading. Portable, accurate and easy to use, it is a practical option for checking sugar solutions without the need for a laboratory.
